What's in the set

BEFORE HIKE: protective foot cream
Helps protect the skin from friction and discomfort during hikes. Urea and lanolin improve skin elasticity and moisture levels, while zinc oxide helps reduce the risk of irritation in areas prone to friction.

AFTER HIKE: cooling, restoring foot cream
Helps relieve fatigue and restore a feeling of lightness after exertion. Menthol and peppermint oil provide a refreshing effect, while urea, glycerin and allantoin help moisturise, soothe and care for the skin.

Directions

Before a hike, apply a thin layer of the protective cream to clean, dry skin, massaging in especially on sensitive areas.
After a hike, apply the cooling cream and gently massage in until fully absorbed.
