karmasock™ Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing karmasock™. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you do need to return an item, please read the terms below.

1. Right of withdrawal – 14 days

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of the day you receive it, provided that:

  • the item has not been unpacked,

  • the item has not been used,

  • the original packaging has been kept,

  • the item is not damaged.

Returns are possible if:

  • the size doesn't fit,

  • you don't like the product you received,

  • you chose the wrong item.

Refunds are made after the item has been received and inspected.

⚠️ Return costs are paid by the customer, except where the return is due to a defect.

2. Damaged or defective goods – 30 days

If within 30 days of receiving the item you find:

  • a manufacturing defect,

  • a production fault,

  • damage not caused by use,

please contact us with a description of the defect and photos.

In this case:

  • we will offer an exchange, or

  • a full refund,

  • and cover the shipping costs related to the return.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds are made within 5–10 working days after the item has been received and approved.

  • If the item does not meet the return conditions, KarmaSock reserves the right to refuse a refund.
